Vision needs some computation power to send the video content to our servers. If you are low on available computing resources, you may want to prioritise Direct Streaming over Virtual Camera.
If you are using Virtual Camera, once you have clicked on the Eye icon to start Vision, you will see a preview of what ai_licia can see. If you are using Direct Streaming, you will see a green dot on the Eye icon when Vision is active.In any case, once ai_licia is in your chat, you can ask her simple questions about what's on screen, and she will answer correctly if vision has been properly setup.
Vision is included in every subscription beside ai_licia Lite.
Yes, ai_licia can see your stream, if you want it!You can set that up from the Go Live page, and ai_licia will be able to react and comment to what's happening on stream.
ai_licia is currently available in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, Dutch, Polish, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Danish, Norwegian, Romanian and Russian.If your language is not listed there, you can suggest it as a new supported language, and we will be happy to add it.
Virtual camera is streaming the content captured by that camera from our Dashboard. It has the best latency performances, but can also be more computation heavy. It also requires to be started manually when you want to activate ai_licia's vision.Direct Streaming is streaming your stream directly to ai_licia, the same way you stream your content to Twitch. It can be automated to start when you start your stream, and is less CPU/Memory intensive, but has more delay in terms of how ai_licia will react.

Yes, ai_licia has a TTS, available to everyone. You can also use our Pro Voices for better, more realistic voices.
We apply the relevant moderation to comply with the platform’s ToSs where ai_licia is used.

Go to the Go Live page. On the right side of the screen, find the Speak to ai_licia section. Update your settings to ensure the correct language and microphone are selected. Click Listen—you’ll see a transcript of what you say appear on your screen.
ai_licia needs to be in your chat to hear you. If you're testing before going live, click Test Your Settings to add her to the stream, then click Listen to start speaking. If you're live and ai_licia is already in your chat, just click Listen and begin speaking.
To get a direct response, mention her name or one of the Character nicknames you’ve defined. If you changed ai_licia’s name on Twitch, adding Character nicknames will help her recognize you’re addressing her.
In the transcript, look for her name—often spelled Alicia or Ailicia—or a defined Character nickname. The name will appear in a different color to confirm it was recognized.
Use the Windows app to integrate ai_licia with your Vtubing software. From the Go Live page, play TTS directly through the app instead of an OBS browser source, and pass it to your Vtubing software.
ai_licia's answers might be slightly slower due to the processing time of the video sequences. We aim to keep latency as low as possible.
The web Dashboard only supports Chrome for voice input. If you're using another browser, switch to the Windows app or use Chrome for the Dashboard.
ai_licia will watch your stream! Yes, video sequences! Based on the video, ai_licia will decide how she wants to interact with you and your community.You get control over what ai_licia can see, and interrupt it at any time.
We automatically detect when your stream ends. If the Dashboard or app is still listening, they will stop after a few minutes.
No. Our League of Legends integration is safe. We use Riot Games’ official APIs, similar to tools like Porofessor, ensuring your account remains secure.
To disable your account, go to the My Account page, and scroll at the bottom of the page to the Danger Zone. Click on Deactivate Account. You can reactivate your account by clicking on that button again, at any time.If you have an active ai_licia subscription, disabling your account will not cancel your subscription. You will continue to be charged, unless you cancel your subscription. If you need assistance with canceling your ai_licia subscription, please reach out to our Support on the Dashboard or on the website, or join our Discord.
If you followed all of our instructions but your Custom Name is not posting messages, it is related to extra restrictions you have set for your chat. It can be:The account needs to have a verified phone number to chatThe account needs to have a verified emailThe account needs to manually accepts chats rules before chattingTry to write manually with the account in your Chat to find what the issue is and fix it.
You can try ai_licia for free! After signing up, you can claim 3 streams for free, to try out all ai_licia features. After these 3 streams, if you want to keep using ai_licia, you will need to take a paid subscription.
ai_licia can send messages to greet new followers, thank new subscribers and cheers, let people know when you are running ads, and welcome raiders and their community when these different events happen, automatically.ai_licia does not natively support timed messages, but it is something you can do via integrations with Streamer.bot or StreamDeck.

Hardware acceleration requires an Nvidia GPU. If you're using one but don't see a transcript, you might be missing the Nvidia CUDA plugin. Install it from Nvidia CUDA Downloads, then restart the app to enable hardware acceleration.
This can happen if hardware acceleration is disabled or if the recognition system isn't optimized for your setup. Try selecting a recognition system that better matches your resources.

If the recognition engine takes too long to start, cancel and restart it.
We’ll automatically detect when streaming ends and stop the app or Dashboard from listening after a few minutes.
Our Windows app is not meant to control your mic volume, however Windows has many settings to automatically adjust volume in specific condition. No, ai_licia doesn't have access to personal data of your viewers or community members.
ai_licia do not monitor or track you in any ways, and stops any activities once the stream is over on Twitch.
ai_licia is designed with user privacy in mind. We use encryption (HTTPS) to protect data during transfer and ensure that only minimal necessary data on our users is collected. Personal data, such as emails, are stored securely, and we adhere to GDPR compliance to safeguard user privacy.
No, ai_licia does not use personal data collected from users for training its AI models. Any data used for improving ai_licia’s capabilities is public data from the Platforms where ai_licia operates.
Yes, users can opt out of data collection processes. However this will prevent them to interact with ai_licia. Community leaders can manage these users through the dashboard, and any users can request data deletion through our website.
Users can provide feedback or report issues in our Discord community. We value user input and strive to address any concerns promptly.
While our primary compliance focus is on GDPR, we also aim to comply with other international data protection regulations, such as CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) and others, as applicable. We continuously review and update our practices to align with global standards.
ai_licia’s AI models and software are updated regularly to improve functionality, security, and user experience. These updates are conducted with minimal disruption to users, and significant changes are communicated through our dashboard, discord community or directly to affected users.
ai_licia accesses public data according to the Terms & Conditions of the platform it is integrated with. For Community Members, we store two main types of data: the message content and the username of the user posting a message on a channel.For Community Leaders (streamers or Discord administrators), we collect only one private data point: their email. Any additional data collected through the dashboard is optional and controlled by the community leader.
The data is collected from two primary sources:Public API of the platforms: We access data through the public APIs of the platforms where ai_licia is integrated.Dashboard: Community leaders can input additional data through the dashboard fields.
We do not sell any data, nor share them for commercial use.We share some data with our cloud infrastructure platform for debugging purposes and with our alerting platform to monitor channel names for prompt incident response. Additionally, we share information about new subscriptions with Rewardful as part of our affiliate program, ensuring proper reward processing.
We aim to always be fully compliant with GDPR. Users have the following rights:• Access: Users can request access to their personal data.• Correction: Users can request corrections to their data if they find inaccuracies.• Deletion: Users can request the deletion of their data.
We ensure data security by:• Storing data in databases with network-restricted access and private access through rotated keys.• Encrypting all data transfers through HTTPS to ensure secure communication.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above. Specifically, the personal email of streamers is retained indefinitely unless a deletion request is made. Public data is processed for deletion as requests come in.
